No. Hospital Interventions does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your hospital physician or specialist.
We provide independent review of your medical records and collaborate with you and when appropriate, your care team to identify options that may warrant further discussion. Our role is advisory and supportive, ensuring you are fully informed and strategically positioned in your care decisions.
All medical decisions remain the responsibility of your treating physicians.

Is this service for emergency room or hospitalization situations?
Yes. Hospital Interventions is designed to support patients and families facing complex, high-stakes decisions during emergency room visits and hospital stays.
We also provide strategic guidance aimed at optimizing health and preventing unnecessary hospitalization when possible.
Please note, we do not provide emergency or urgent medical services. In an active medical emergency, patients should seek immediate care through appropriate emergency channels.

Yes. You, a family member, or authorized medical staff may securely upload medical records for evaluation, including history and physical notes, progress notes, laboratory results, diagnostic reports, cultures, prescriptions, and hospital orders.
